We therefore expect that our accreditation approach and our procedures fulfil the principles of objectivity, validity, confidentiality and transparency.
Our QM instruments and methods are oriented towards the following four fields of activity:
The Quality Management Handbook of ASIIN e. V. provides a systematic overview of the measures and instruments employed to meet the internal requirements for quality management. These focus on the management and the optimisation of ASIIN’s core process – carrying out accreditation processes – and the supporting internal processes.
The handbook is updated regularly based on the experiences gained in the implementation of the quality management concept. In its current version adopted by the ASIIN Board, it provides a set of guidelines for the internal quality management of the agency. The ASIIN Office is responsible for updating the Quality Management Handbook.
