The membership structure of the ASIIN is divided into four groups as follows:
- Coordination group of German universities
- Coordination group of German universities of applied sciences
- Industrial and business associations
- Technical and scientific associations and trade organisations
The annual membership amounts to 2,550 euros.
The ASIIN Board of Directors decides on the admission of new members.
