The Board of the association consists of three representatives from each member group and performs the following talks:
- Appointment of the Accreditation Commissions
- Appointment of the Board of Complaints
- Recruitment of new members of the agency
- Decision on the admission or exclusion of members
- Contracts with other national and international accreditation institutions or organisations with regard to quality assurance of university education
In addition, the Board is responsible for all issues of the agency, which are not assigned to another panel by the ASIIN by-laws.
