
The Fédération Européenne d’Associations Nationales d’Ingénieurs (FEANI) represents national engineering associations from 26 European countries and the interests of over 2 million professional engineers in Europe. Through its activities and services, especially with the attribution of the EUR ING professional title, FEANI aims to facilitate the mutual recognition of engineering qualifications in Europe and to strengthen the position, role and responsibility of engineers in society. FEANI is a founding member of ENAEE, which ASIIN e. V. is a member of.

The Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur (CTI), the body responsible for the accreditation of engineering degree programmes in France, and ASIIN e. V. have established a formal cooperation agreement in February, 2005. This agreement also covers cooperation in the accreditation of bi-national engineering degree programmes. ASIIN e. V. and CTI also cooperate within the framework of ENAEE.

The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is a joint institution of German HEIs and promotes the international relations of German HEIS abroad by means of an exchange of students and academics and international programmes and projects. In addition, the DAAD functions as mediator for foreign cultural politics, university- and academia-related politics as well as for developmental work in the higher education area.
